Stacey's Kitchen
Stacey’s Kitchen is a welcoming slice of local pride mixed with Carmarthenshire heritage.

Whether you've been exploring the wonders of Carmarthenshire Museum or wandering the leafy paths of the Bishop's Park, you'll find something to tempt you in this delightful cafe.
Managed by a local company from nearby Abergwili, Stacey's Kitchen is housed within a former courtyard in the middle of the service buildings of the Old Bishop's Palace, which are now home to the Parc yr Esgob charity. Accessible either through the Parc yr Esgob visitor centre opposite the car park, or to the left of the main entrance into the Museum, Stacey's is open seven days a week from 9am to 4pm for much of the year.
Offering a selection of locally made light lunches, cakes, refreshments and much more, Stacey's also hosts their own regular themed menus and family activities. Becoming very busy during school holidays, we recommend to book a table in advance if you're planning to sit in for lunch, or you're welcome to takeaway and have a picnic on one of the many benches and tables around the Bishop's Park. Stacey's also operate a coffee cart from the main car park when the weather is fine.
