Pendine Events

Pendine’s beach is alive with activity throughout the year, welcoming events, clubs, and visitors from near and far. When you’re planning your trip, take a moment to see what’s on — there’s often something special happening.

The Museum of Land Speed regularly runs hands‑on activities and events for all ages, especially during school holidays. We’re also lucky to be part of a vibrant local community who organise their own gatherings and celebrations across the village.

Pendine Community Council hosts a monthly produce market and a lively programme of family‑friendly activities. Their annual Family Funday in August is a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike. The Community Council also supports major events on the sands, including thrilling race days run by motoring groups such as the Vintage Hot Rod Association and Straightliners, who bring classic vehicles to the beach for unforgettable displays of speed.

If you’re lucky, you may also spot some beautiful machines parked up in the Events Circle between the main car park and the beach. These informal meet‑ups by car and motoring clubs aren’t advertised in advance, but the owners are often happy to chat about their vehicles. Please remember to ask permission before taking any photos or videos.
