What to see at the Museum of Land Speed

Wide interior view of the Museum of Land Speed exhibition gallery, featuring the restored land-speed record car BABS displayed at the centre of the space. The streamlined white vehicle is surrounded by interpretation panels, display cases containing historic artefacts, and interactive digital exhibits exploring Pendine’s world speed records.

The Museum of Land Speed tells the iconic story of Pendine Sands and the renowned sporting records set here, in an interactive and experiential way.

Permanent exhibitions illustrate the history of motor sports on the sands through audiovisual displays and objects from the people who raced here. Objects loaned from Amgueddfa Cymru and the National Motor Museum, such as the tail of Sir Malcolm Campbell's Bluebird, add a taste of glamour to the stories.
